摘要: Hintergrund Die zervikale Dystonie verursacht eine schwere Beeintrachtigung des Patienten und ist medikamentos nicht effektiv behandelbar. Die Standardtherapie die wiederholte Injektion von Botulinum-Toxin in dystone Halsmuskulatur. Wenn diese Therapie versagt (meist wegen Antikorperbildung), kommt tiefe Hirnstimulation Betracht.
