Prevalence of Intestinal Parasitic Infection among Food Handlers in Northwest Iran

摘要: Parasitic diseases are among the most important infectious and pose health problems in many countries, especially developing countries. Workers at food centers could transmit parasitic infections absence of sanitation. This is a descriptive study conducted to determine prevalence intestinal clerks city Tabriz 2014. Data was recorded offices center for all handlers who were referred laboratory demographic stool tests receive card. infection observed 172 cases (3.73%) 4612 samples. A total 156 positive samples (90.69%) related protozoa 16 (9.3%) helminthes. Most Giardia Entamoeba coli lowest H. nana. Also, there significant relationship between level education rate (). But no difference type amount parasites. The results show that parasites, pathogenic protozoa, common some handlers. Therefore, more sanitary controls required increasing will play crucial role improving these people.
