摘要: The hormone leptin is produced by mature adipocytes and plays an important role in regulating food intake energy metabolism through its interaction with the receptor. In addition to roles obesity obesity-related diseases, has been reported affect components secretion of bile leptin-deficient mice. Furthermore, gallbladder diseases such as cholelithiasis are known be associated serum concentrations humans. We hypothesized that canine a source receptor may localized gallbladder, where it function this organ. aim study was demonstrate presence expression patterns receptors normal gallbladders using reverse transcriptase-PCR (RT-PCR) immunohistochemistry. Clinically tissue samples were obtained from four healthy beagle dogs similar body condition scores. RT-PCR sequencing amplified PCR products revealed mRNA gallbladder. Immunohistochemical investigations demonstrated luminal single columnar tubuloalveolar glandular epithelial cells. conclusion, results dogs.
