摘要: The implementation of quantitative approaches in telomere chromosome-oriented FISH (telomeric CO-FISH) allows the assessment relative efficiency lagging versus leading strand replication and thus provides information on implicated mechanisms. Here, we describe a simple method for strand-specific analyses discuss its potential applications.
