摘要: : The study of lymphocyte subsets from human follicular fluid (FF) provides an opportunity to evaluate immunological features the ovary. We investigated mononuclear cell in FF and peripheral blood obtained at time laparoscopy ten vitro fertilization (IVF) patients. Midcycle nonpregnant was used as control. A marked increase proportion monocytes (CD14+) observed FF. Although enriched with CD8+ lymphocytes, a decrease CD4+ lymphocytes observed. “Memory” T cells FF, identified by CD45R− phenotype, predominated over “naive” (CD4+ CD45R+) ratio 2:1, which differs yielded control samples (1:1). percentage activated (CD3+ HLA-DR+ cell) increased significantly When were studied IVF patients, changes similar but less significant than those found. These data support concept that play important role ovarian physiology.
