摘要: The enzyme NADPH-diaphorase (NADPH-d; a marker of NO producing or nitrergic neurons) and the neuropeptide VIP have been detected in nerve structures hen oviduct by histochemical immunohistochemical techniques performed on cryostatic sections whole mount preparations. In upper four segments oviduct, i. e. infundibulum, magnum, isthmus shell gland, VIP-positive were particularly numerous intermuscular mucosal layers, represented fibres cell bodies showing mainly perivascular distribution. Functionally, such related to blood flow regulation.Different types pyrenophora recognized walls gland basis their peculiar morphology. In distal zone vagina, widely diffused circular muscle, which was thick this segment. source at least part probably large scattered layer containing colocalized. Functionally these cells retained inhibitory motor neurons causing relaxation vaginal smooth muscle.
