摘要: The serial undiluted propagation of herpes simplex viruses results in the accumulation defective virus particles containing altered viral genomes. Previous analyses structure such HSV genomes have shown that they consist multiple reiterations sequences corresponding to limited subsets parental non-defective DNA (3, 9, 10, 12, 18, 22, 25, 32, and 39). Furthermore, certain passages populations were propagated been interfere with replication virus, exhibit characteristic changes pattern polypeptide synthesis infected cells (2, 3, 33, 36).
