摘要: The antioxidant activity of extracts from bark and heartwood Acacia confusa was evaluated by various assays, including free radical superoxide scavenging assays lipid peroxidation assay as well hydroxyl radical-induced DNA strand scission assay. In addition, an ex vivo using a flow cytometric technique also employed in this study. results indicate that both clearly have strong effects. Similar inhibitory activities for each test sample were found 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) generation peroxidation. As the activity, extract more effective than extract.
