摘要: According to the Feuerstein mediation theory, a social mediator who monitors process of interaction is required facilitate communication and promote learning outcome (Dendrinos, 2006); however, researchers found that every language teaching context unique conducting this theory might face learners with some challenges; therefore, study investigated significance gender difference in Iranian EFL context. To conduct study, 86 teachers Kashan high schools were chosen. elicit attitudes towards between male female school teachers, Warren teacher questionnaire (1995) was administered deepen obtained data, interviews conducted ten teachers.
