摘要: A high degree of resistance to cyclodiene insecticides, which appeared in a previously susceptible housefly strain maintained without exposure insecticides but propagated from early-emerging adults increase susceptibility DDT, was found be due single autosomal factor. Subsequent selection substrain for late adult emergence over 50 generations unsuccessful materially reversing the dieldrin-resistance or demonstrating that flies responsible its appearance. However, and propagation knockdown-susceptible fraction population with lindane 30 eliminated cyclodiene-resistance entirely. This method can value maintaining laboratory strains at normal level insecticides. It is apparent, nevertheless, various manipulations standard may affect toxicological as well other characteristics. The authors stress when reference required an extended period time, it should rigorously controlled continuously evaluated.
