Genetics of resistance to insecticides of the SKA strain of Musca domestica. III. Location and isolation of the factors of resistance to dieldrin.

摘要: SKA flies have two factors of resistance to dieldrin: the major factor DR4, on IV linkage group, is intermediate and confers immunity topically applied dieldrin in acetone during first 24 hr, but increasing numbers deaths next 72 hr decrease ca. × 700. The proportion with this has decreased over last three years from 25% fewer than 10%. The minor resistance, R2 II greatly delays knock-down by retarding penetration dieldrin, gives 2 at death. This probably identical one that also diazinon, DDT other insecticides, retained selection diazinon. The presence DR4 not result diazinon. It almost certainly been inherited chlordane-resistant parents strain. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG GENETIK DER INSEKTIZIDRESISTENZ DES SKA-STAMMES VON MUSCA DOMESTICA 111. LOKALISATION UND ISOLATION DIELDRIN-RESISTENZFAKTOREN SKA-Fliegen besitzen zwei Resistenzfaktoren gegenuber Dieldrin: der Hauptfaktor IV. Koppelungsgruppe, ist intermediar und ergibt gegen lokal Aceton appliziertes Dieldrin wahrend ersten Stunden Immunitat, aber innerhalb nachsten erniedrigen zunehmende Todesfalle die Resistenz um das 700fache. Der Anteil SKA-Fliegen mit diesem Faktor hat sich letzten drei Jahre von auf weniger als 10% vermindert. Der Hilfsresistenzfaktor R2, II. verzogert Schockwirkung durch Verzogern des Eindringens Dieldrins, jedoch zweifache Absterberesistenz. wahrscheinlich identisch dem, auch Eindringen Diazinon, anderen Insektiziden bei Selektion Diazinon beibehalten wird. Die Gegenwart R4 nicht Ergebnis Diazinon. Er hochstwahrscheinlich Chlordan-resistenten Eltern SKA-Stammes vererbt worden.
