摘要: Abstract Studies of the fate dieldrin in vivo dieldrin-susceptible (S-flies) and dieldrin-resistant houseflies (R-flies) have led to conclusion that resistance mechanism involves factors other than detoxication. Additional evidence support this view has been obtained a study related, moderately toxic cyclodiene compounds which show complete cross-resistance. The pyrethrin synergist sesamex inhibits metabolism these similar extent both S- R-houseflies. This inhibition is accompanied by considerable increases toxicity but not R-flies, suggests dependent upon their vivo. By inference, likewise independent possible detoxication, especially since does synergize against R-flies.
