摘要: Objective: the aim of this study was to evaluate influence PCOS and obesity on circulating markers low-grade inflammation (TNF-α, IL-6 hsCRP) in young women without major CV risk factors ( diabetes , dyslipidemia arterial hypertension). Design: 25 with 23 eumenorrheic matched for BMI were studied. They subdivided according status, comparisons done between Control group, regardless BMI, Obese Lean presence PCOS. Results: Levels TNF-α, hsCRP similar group (2.1 vs 1.9 pg/ml, p =NS, 3.8 5.7 =NS 0.9 0.5 ng/ml, respectively). TNF-α =NS). higher than Group (8.7 2.0 < 0.0001 1.4 0.2 0.0001, Conclusion: obesity, but not polycystic ovary syndrome, affects factors.
