摘要: The present invention relates to an electrolyte composition for the deposition of a tin-zinc alloy on substrate surface. Furthermore, method layer inventive surface comprises tin in oxidation state +4(Sn 4+ ) and has pH-value range from about pH 9 11. can comprise complexing agent group consisting carboxylates, amino derivates, phosphates hydroxides as well brightening agents or wetting agents.
