摘要: Random fluctuations in the steady-state current of neural membrane were measured giant lobster axon by means a low noise voltage-clamp system. The power density spectrum S(f) was evaluated between 20 and 5120 Hz found to be type 1/f. Mean values potassium, sodium, leakage currents ĪK, ĪNa, ĪL also usual techniques. Comparisons these two types data recorded under number different experimental conditions, such as presence tetrodotoxin (TTX), substitution calcium lanthanum, changes external concentration have strongly suggested that intensity is related magnitude ĪK.
