摘要: Different emulsion formulations were prepared using phospholipids (Lipoid S57) and PEG-660-12-hydroxy-stearate (Solutol HS15) as single emulsifiers or in mixtures. The accelerated stability after autoclaving, freezing centrifugation was investigated. long-term also studied at different temperatures (4, 20, 37 °C) for 8 months. Emulsion stabilized with displayed a stable behavior the autoclaving centrifugation, but it broke down process. In mixture Solutol HS15, however, showed appropriate shelf A change particle size of only HS15 observed (slight) (marked). contrast to phospholipid emulsion, this (with less prone breaking freezing, no complete phase separation observed. results obtained an emulsifier revealed that combination anionic surfactant (phospholipids) non-ionic (PEG-660-12-hydroxy-stearate) improves emulsion's stability, compared emulsifier. However, direct correlation could be found between data.
