摘要: Siraf is well-known archaeologically and historically as an ancient port in the Persian Gulf that prospered during medieval period. played a leading role facilitating maritime terrestrial trade, connecting long-distance Indian Ocean China routes with those region. Despite its history, no previous research has been dedicated to infrastructure of Siraf. Through ‘2012 pilot project’ preliminary survey underwater shoreline remains this city was conducted. The site's location unique many respects trade logistical considerations; however, difficult assess light extensive threats site.
