Median follow-up time was 33 months (8–97). complete response, partial stable disease progression rates 37.0%, 48.0%, 7.5% respectively. 1-, 2-, 3-year LC all 90.6%, overall survival 78.8%, 60.6%, 43.3% All pelvic pain ureter obstruction achieved fast symptom relief, while leg edema persisted 2 patients. general treatment tolerance acceptable no severe toxicities reported. No factors found correlated failure. While (OS) better who had received total dose more than 30 Gy or prior systemic treatment, whose symptoms relieved. Taken together, an effective therapeutic option ILNM, providing high rate relief minimal
