摘要: The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has been shown to be strictly related permeability and cell under physiological pathological conditions. In tumour development progression, VEGF plays a pivotal role in the of tumoral network, useful information progression human cancer can obtained by analysing expression tumours. this study, we investigated transcript non-small-cell lung carcinomas evaluate significance group cancers which pattern significantly affect progression. Surgical samples 42 patients with NSCLC were studied using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis situ hybridization. Thirty-three out cases (78.6%) showed predominantly as transcripts for secretory forms (isoforms 121 165). hybridization, performed on 24 samples, that was several present cytoplasm both neoplastic normal cells, even if mRNA less expressed corresponding non-tumoral part. associated hilar and/or mediastinal nodal involvement (P = 0.02), and, taken together, isoforms influence overall 0.02) disease-free survival 0.03). As regulator angiogenesis, may represent indicator poor prognosis carcinomas.
