摘要: This paper explores human resource management (HRM) practices, and factors that influence the adoption of HRM in resorts Maldives. Using a multiple-case study approach, were explored by comparing international hotel chains local resorts. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with relevant stakeholders seven from range secondary sources.
