摘要: Abstract Physical properties of Moringa oleifera seed and kernel were determined as a function moisture content. In the ranges 8.43–31.66% (d.b) (seed) 6.75–31.5% (kernel), major, intermediate minor axes increased from 1.19 to 1.32 cm, 1.02 1.08 cm 1.00 1.05 cm respectively, while those in range 0.74–0.79 cm, 0.64–0.71 cm 0.61–0.65 cm respectively. 1000 weights with content ranged between 0.5–0.6 kg 0.2–0.38 kg above ranges. Particle bulk densities 0.88 0.98 kg m −3 0.51 0.83 kg m respectively 0.55 0.64 kg m 0.64 0.7 kg m Porosity 37.5 68%, 20 74% increased. Static kinetic coefficients friction varied structural surface 0.272 0.725 0.235 0.689 for seed, 0.211 0.732 0.215 0.566 kernel. Angle repose 17.1° 23° 13.1° 21.8° Regression models that adequately expressed relationships existing physical moringa presented.
