摘要: Cryoglobulins were detected in the sera of thirteen patients with acute viral hepatitis and twelve chronic hepatic diseases (active hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis cryptogenic cirrhosis). Their nature antibody activity was studied. In both groups, most them consisted mixed cryoimmunoglobulins (IgM, IgG and/or IgA), but some single-class immunoglobulins one or types light chains. Unusual components also found. α1-fetoprotein present four cryoprecipitates: two as single constituent associated to immunoglobulins; hepatitis-associated antigen co-existed latter. Some cryoglobulins showed against human IgG, smooth muscle mitochondrial antigens. case, IgM-kappa cryoprecipitate had α1-fetoprotein; this cryoprecipitate, suggesting immune-complex formation. Autoantibodies looked for twenty-five patients; apart from common ones, antibodies α1-fetoprotein found patients.
