摘要: Abstract Objective MicroRNAs are ribonucleic acids that single-stranded and endogenous non-coding regulate gene expression in later stages of the translation process by binding to genomic regulatory sites. miR146a is mostly involved regulation inflammatory systems another role innate immune system. In present review, we have focused on recent acquisitions about main played mir146a control system tumorigenesis. The purpose this review article systematically investigate its regulating signaling pathways cancer as well therapeutic methods. Methods Systematic search MEDLINE, Web Science Cochrane Library was conducted for all comparative studies from 2000 2019 with limitations English language. Results For a notable period time, researchers mainly mechanisms modulation anti-inflammatory genes. We found levels were associated cell metastasis dual (Inhibitory stimulatory roles). results various also showed microRNA has through effects other expressions such NF-kB, SIRT1, TNF- α IL-1β leads disease control. Conclusion Knowledge alterations will give better understanding molecular basis chronic diseases cancers.
