摘要: The authors tested the effects of continuation-phase cognitive therapy (C-CT) on remission and recovery from recurrent major depressive disorder, defined as 6 weeks 8 months, respectively, continuously absent or minimal symptoms. Responders to acute-phase were randomized months C-CT (n = 41) assessment control 43), they followed 16 additional (R. B. Jarrett et al., 2001). Relative controls, a few more patients in remitted (88% vs. 97%), significantly recovered (62% 84%). All without relapsed, but most who (60%) (75%) did not later relapse recur. discuss importance defining efficacious treatment producing recovery.
