摘要: The mi locus of mice encodes a transcription factor the basic-helix-loop-helix-leucine zipper protein family (MITF). MITF encoded by mutant allele ( -MITF) deletes 1 4 consecutive arginines in basic domain. mi/mi genotype express -MITF, whereas tg/tg have transgene at 5′ flanking region gene and do not any MITF.
