摘要: A fully automated coupled-column HPLC method for on-line sample processing and determination of the photoreactive drug 8-methoxypsoralen (8-MOP) in plasma has been developed. The is based on novel internal-surface reversed-phase precolumn packing materials Alkyl-Diol Silica (ADS).
