摘要: Abstract 1. The nature of in vitro RNA synthesized during 20 min at temperatures between 25 and 42° has been examined both as to its physical content immediate-early delayed-early sequences. 2. results show that there are two classes transcribed this time, which differ their size. set smaller molecules is very early the precursor for larger corresponds vivo RNA. other contains sequences common with 3. data shows latter composed co-polymers molecules. It suggested some termination factor missing system.
