摘要: Purpose of review This is a critical reflection on the effectiveness evidence-based alcohol policies and their implementation, based studies observations that have arisen in recent years. Recent findings article covers themes literature of: relationship between consumption harm, variability country contextual factors interactions both contexts changes harm. Summary These imply alcoholic beverage programmes should focus determinants each community, address targeted problems (like problem drinking) harm (such as liver cirrhosis, cancer road accidents), rather than per se.
