摘要: L'objet de cette these est l'etude comparative la reponse cellules saines et malignes a micro- nano-topographie surface. L'interaction avec des stries profondeur nanometrique etudiee grâce une methode statistique. Nous demontrons que les s'alignent plutot sur profondes, cancereuses sont plus sensibles aux peu profondes. L'analyse noyaux revele qu’ils suivent l'alignement corps cellulaires fidelement dans le cas ces dernieres faible profondeur. Sur micro-piliers nous d’osteosarcomes capables se deformer faire adopter leurs forme l'espace entre piliers. Ceci ne produit durant phase initiale d'adhesion pour saines. Les immortalisees presentent un niveau intermediaire deformation. Quand l'espacement piliers reduit, differences deformation revelees lignees testees. La aussi liee au caractere cancereux keratinocytes l'expression Cdx2 d'adenocarcinomes. avons tente d'expliquer ce mecanisme en l'attribuant cytosquelette analyses microscopie confocale inhibiteurs du cytosquelette. L'imagerie vivantes permis d'observer tres mobiles meme quand elles deformees, mitose necessite perte apres rapide pendant l'adhesion cellules.
