摘要: A stabilized sustained release oral solid dosage form which includes an effective amount of tramadol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof dispersed in matrix hydrophobic material comprising wax-like substance was melted softened during the preparation matrix, is cured at temperature from about 35° C. to 65° for time period 4 72 hours, such that formulation, when subjected in-vitro dissolution after exposure accelerated storage conditions least one month 40° C./75% RH, releases does not vary any given point by more than 20% total released compared conducted prior subjecting conditions.
