摘要: A method for the preparation of tablets slowly releasing active principle, characterized in that (I) during granulation step a solution organic solvents polymer insoluble biological juices is sprayed on mixture containing an slightly swelling polymers and usual excipients; (II) granulated obtained this way added with highly hydroswelling colloidal polymer; (III) solution, solvents, entero-soluble polymer, granulate; (IV) resulting granulate submitted to compression; (V) are hardened by washing solvents; (VI) they then optionally coated.
