摘要: A novel influenza (H7N9) virus has emerged in China. To rapidly detect this from clinical samples, we developed a reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method for the detection of H7N9 virus. The minimum limit RT-LAMP assay was 0.01 PFU virus, making 100-fold more sensitive to than conventional RT-PCR. assays can efficiently different sources RNA (from chickens, pigeons, environment, and humans).
