摘要: A novel influenza (H7N9) virus has emerged in China. To rapidly detect this from clinical samples, we developed a reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method for the detection of H7N9 virus. The minimum limit RT-LAMP assay was 0.01 PFU virus, making 100-fold more sensitive to than conventional RT-PCR. assays can efficiently different sources RNA (from chickens, pigeons, environment, and humans). No cross-reactive with other subtype viruses or avian respiratory observed. effectively drinking water, soil, cloacal swab, tracheal swab samples that were collected live poultry markets, as well human less 30 min. These results suggest efficient, practical, rapid diagnostic methods epidemiological surveillance diagnosis resource samples.
