摘要: The objectives of this study were to determine whether three-dimensional ultrasonography can provide more cardiac views than two-dimensional and develop a standard technique. Eighteen women, 16 26 weeks’ gestation, scanned with twodimensional for 10 minutes or less obtain fetal heart views. Threedimensional was used (≤10 minutes) up 4 acquisitions the heart: 4-chamber view, left parasagittal, transverse, longitudinal nonstandard. Views later extracted from saved volume data, comparing yields two- threedimensional ultrasonography. view obtained in 15 (93%) cases on both On ultrasonography, outflow tract 68% cases; 46% acquisition 100% parasagittal acquisition. right 86% 71% Aortic ductal arches 12% 18%, respectively, aortic 66% 86%, 4chamber 57% 71%,
