摘要: The preparedness of a hospital for mass-casualty incident and disaster response includes activities, programs systems developed implemented before the event. These measures are designed to provide necessary medical care victims disasters, minimize negative impact individual events on services. Up until now, there has been no systematic survey in Poland concerning readiness hospitals, as well personnel, deal with incidents. Consequently, little is known about knowledge, skills, professional competences healthcare workers. objective this pilot study was start an exploration collect data workers, addition assessing hospitals Utilizing anonymous random sample, 134 providers were asked respond questions competencies they needed, during response. It turned out that test subjects evaluate their own incidents disasters better than current place work. demonstrated properly questionnaire can be used assess relationship between staff efficiency. Evaluation effectiveness means finding removing possible gaps weaknesses functioning effective management
