摘要: Gracilaria spp. is a euryhaline species of seaweed which can live in the marine and brackish water. Development culture Bekasi potential because this be cultured ex shrimp pond by polyculture system. The objective research was to evaluate phenotype morphological characteristic based on its relationship with water quality. Sampling done at three ponds salinity range 13.7–19.2 g/L. Phenotypical characteristics consisted colour thallus morfometrics, while measurement quality physical chemical charactersof pond. result showed that generally had light brown colour. At higher than 13.7 g/kg, number secondary thalli increased, distance among internode tertiary declined, ramification index increased. Salinity positive correlation remification 0.571.
