摘要: The advent of integrated microsystems for genetic analysis allows the acquisition information at unprecedented length and time scales. convergence molecular biology, chemistry, physics, materials science is required their design construction. utility originates from increased speed, lower cost, higher parallelism leading to assay throughput. In addition, when fully integrated, this technology will enable portable systems high-speed in situ analyses, permitting a new standard disciplines such as clinical personalized medicine, forensics, biowarfare detection, epidemiology. This article presents an overview recent history with emphasis on aspects, provides perspective current developments future prospects.
