摘要: Abstract We report a miniature separator for medical microdevices. The uses size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) mini-column in liquid (LC). is fabricated on glass slide with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) structure. Polydivinlybenzene nanobeads (5–20 µm diameter, 100-nm pore size) were used. SEC successfully separates α-fetoprotein (AFP) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) at 5 9 min, respectively, 0.86 resolution 0.06-mm plate height. shows potential use onboard sample preparation total analysis system (µTAS) point-of-care testing (POCT) device that could be used effectively cancer screening, diagnosis, prognosis.
