摘要: To improve the accuracy of on-line inspection system used by a large-scale turning-milling machining center, its error sources were analyzed and some calibration methods researched, including in Z, Y, -X any angular directions. The compensation method based on embedded HMI control CNC variables was proposed. EN86N touch with TT25G probe Marposs is calibrated five-axis center HTM125. experiments improved that are reasonable effective.
