摘要: A computer simulation system was developed to estimate the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of carbon steel in surface grinding process. HAZ is usually generated by solid state phase transformation caused temperature. In present system, heat flow and during process analyzed using a finite-difference method. The changes with time temperature distribution, redistribution austenite quenching martensitc were simulated on an engineering work station (EWS). results distributions temperature, microstructure concentration shown pseudocolor images display. Furthermore, experimental carried out good agreement results.
