摘要: This paper analyzes the consequences of microstructural changes in a quenchable steel component subjected to grinding. The model takes into account coupling temperature history and stress field grinding, where is assessed by Jager's analyzed means an embossed grid method. effects dislocation density grain size distribution are also examined. transformation kinetics martensite, bainite ferrite then discussed based on Cahn's law. It was found that temperature-stress varies significantly different subsurface parts thus creates variable structure across its depth. theoretical results good agreement with experimental data.
