摘要: Abstract Purpose: To describe a morphological scoring system of posterior capsule opacification (PCO) that is not based on visual acuity testing. Setting: Department Ophthalmology, University Heidelberg, Germany. Methods: Following dilation the pupil, standardized photographs pseudophakic anterior segments were obtained using photo slitlamp. Posterior was scored by evaluating retroillumination photographs.
