摘要: A method of making a durable fuel cell polymer electrolyte membrane is provided comprising the steps of: a) providing membrane; b) solution salt selected from group consisting manganese salts and cerium or suspension particles compound oxides oxides; c) applying to by brushing, spraying use slot die. Some embodiments comprise metered application membrane.
