摘要: Abstract A transient global model was established to investigate the effect of raise velocities partition block on crystal growth rate, crystal–melt (C–M) interface and thermal stress distribution during solidification process. The simulation results showed that among different block, initially slowly raising then rapidly most favorable for slightly convex C–M low were obtained, a fast rate also achieved. Thus, this design implemented in casting experiments, experimental indicated beneficial optimizing average conversion efficiencies high-performance multi-crystalline silicon solar cells about 0.13% higher with (18.18%) than fixed (18.05%).
