摘要: In this work we explore the use of Spin Torque Nano Oscillators (STNOs) to produce a spintronics voltage oscillator in microwave range. STNOs are quite small—on order 10 nm—and frequency agile. However, experimental results date have produced power outputs that too small be viable. We attempt increase output by investigating dynamics system electrically-coupled STNOs. To set foundation for further analysis, consider both Spherical and Complex Stereographic coordinates Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert Equation with spin torque term. Both coordinate systems effectively reduce equation single STNO from three dimensions two. Further, representation transforms into nearly polynomial form may prove useful advanced analysis. Qualitative bifurcation diagrams show rich behaviors parallel series coupled serve develop intuition dynamics.
