摘要: As a result of federal government pressure in the late 1980’s Australian universities now find themselves embracing managerial practices at expense their traditional collegial practices. The application managerialism into university sector has seen inculcation business practices, including widespread performance appraisals, an environment which past, been self-regulatory. Performance appraisals as tool managerialism, have provided administrators with mechanism provides sense compliance private But it worked?
