摘要: Difficulties in the preoperative assessment of tumor size and extent result a positive pathologic margin up to 70% patients undergoing breast conservation surgery. Although margins usually require reexcision, location surgery required are often difficult establish by current imaging techniques. We investigated accuracy three-dimensional rotating delivery excitation off resonance (3D RODEO) MR revealing presence residual within soon after surgery.Nineteen who had undergone lumpectomy or excisional biopsy were evaluated with contrast-enhanced 3D RODEO 10 months The results correlated serial-sectioned mastectomy partial specimens from 18 clinical mammographic follow-up examination one patient.We found that accurately revealed absence location...
