摘要: This paper deals with experimental investigation in the role of different coating, point angle, cutting parameters (cutting speed and feed rate) on hole quality (hole size, surface roughness, roundness radial deviation produced hole) drilling Al 2024 alloy. The are analyzed under varying speeds (30, 45 60 m/min), rates (0.15,0.20 0.25 mm/rev), depths cut (2, 15 25 mm) drills (uncoated angle:118°, TiN Pa:118°, TiAlN Co 5% Pa:130°, Pa:130°). study includes dry 10 mm HSS an axial depth 30 mm. indicate that results deviations show a similar tendency size. Hence, it can also be concluded from effected tool vibrations during drilling. this work coatings have effects quality. However, when aluminum alloys, good performance compared to uncoated, coated drills. Besides, effective been obtained using low rate. Additionally, best obtains near bottom hole.
