摘要: Abstract Obesity affects approximately 20% of the world population, and exercise is primary non-pharmacological therapy. The combined use low-level laser therapy (LLLT) may potentiate effects promoted by exercise. objective this study was to investigate in combination with phototherapy on adipocyte area, activity enzyme citrate synthase muscle morphological analysis. We used 64 Wistar rats, which were divided into eight groups 8 rats each: sedentary chow-diet (SC); plus (SCL), exercised (EC); (ECL); high-fat diet (SH); (SHL); (EH); diet, (EHL). animals submitted a program swimming training for 90 min/5 times per week 8 weeks LLLT (GA-Al-AS, 830 nm) at dose 4.7 J/point total energy 9.4 J/animal, duration 47 s, applied both gastrocnemius muscles after conclude that increases decreases white area epididymal, retroperitoneal visceral obese enhancing
