摘要: Resume Au cours de l’obesite, il existe un etat inflammatoire, dit « bas grade », caracterise par une elevation systemique moderee mais chronique d’un ensemble molecules. Les adipokines exercent des actions pro- ou anti-inflammatoires et multiples fonctions immunes metaboliques, l’ensemble etant associe a infiltration macrophagique du tissu adipeux. Ces deux elements permettent d’envisager meilleure comprehension la physiopathologie consequences locales complications potentielles cardiovasculaires hepatiques. La prise en charge nutritionnelle permettant reduction ponderale, meme modeste, diminue facon significative les marqueurs inflammatoires circulants, risques associes l’obesite modifie le profil genes
