Long-term evolution alter lymphatic system lead lipo-lymphedema specific complications such as cellulitis. management codified included weight loss (poorly improving leg appearance discomfort), psychological counselling compression therapy. Liposuction, especially tumescent local anaesthesia, reduce spontaneous pressure, improve important increase quality life.
